i just got cought steeling a necklace and earings witch came to 34 dollors help please ?
i jsut want to see if anyone has done the same thing or just no waht my charge will be !! ..i was getting married in 2 days when it happen and i did not have any money to get the jewlery that i really wanted..i messed up and i jus would like to know how to get the best sentece that i can get.. can anyone help..
If this was your first time, most likely they will fine you and/or make you take a shoplifting class.
I went manic about 15 years ago and began shoplifting. I got caught 4 times. The third time was a felony, so the store manager took pity on me and reduced the charge to disorderly conduct. Then like a stupid fool, I did it again and got caught. This time it was small so they didn’t even call the police.
I got lucky. After that I never did it again.
I will say a prayer that they just let you take a class. After that it should be erased from your record if you don’t do it again.
